Brian is nationally recognized leader in the field of distance learning and multimedia education. Brian’s focuses his time largely on transforming NASA’s science into exciting educational curriculum and learning experiences for the benefit of students in schools around the country and world. He holds a master’s degree in astronomy, a BS in information systems management, and BA in Psychology.
Nicole’s responsibilities at the Education Collaborative encompass the design, layout, and production of all graphic materials in support of communications and marketing assignments. She is also responsible for the coordination of all project tasks in accordance with project budget and milestones. She was Account Executive for a marketing and public information effort for the U.S. Federal Transit Administration; and (2) a communications effort involving both the writing and design of a 50-page 4-color report on New England airports for the Federal Aviation Administration. For both projects, Nicole coordinated the design of public communications materials—both graphic and written—while expertly integrating materials into a cohesive unit to engage the target audiences for which they were designed. She holds the Bachelor of Arts cum laude with Honors in Art, Architecture & Urbanism from Smith College, and the Certificate in Digital Graphic Design from the New England Institute of Art.
Senior Market Analyst
Brian brings to this assignment over 40 years of experience in the conduct and analysis of surveys and market studies targeted at understanding the demographics and economics of consumer behavior. Among his many assignments, Brian prepared feasibility studies, including market analyses, for the reuse or reopening of several film and live performance theaters in Woonsocket, RI, Medford, Somerville and Adams, MA. The role of these theaters in promoting development and tourism activities was included in each of the studies. Brian’s education includes the B.S. in Geography from Florida State University, the Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington, and doctoral Studies in planning at MIT.
As Art Director for Education Collaborative, Roger offers an unusually diverse skill set that combines creative mastery of graphic communications with a wide range of technical skills in public education, brand development and corporate communications. Roger’s additional design skills include developing innovative "look and feel" graphic signatures for both Intranets and Internet Web Sites that are attractive, easy-to-navigate and functionally successful. His artistic talent also manifests itself through lively and engaging logos, spectacular displays and other collateral pieces that effectively convey brand, information, and a unified organizational presence.
John is a visual designer for corporate/consumer education and training. He has pioneered user interface and interaction design for software applications, RIA's and training systems. John was educated in commercial design and holds a California Teaching Certification.
